Alumni members are integral to the past and future successes of the Toronto Children’s Chorus. All former choristers who have sung a minimum of one full year in the Main Choir are considered alumni when they leave the organization. We invite you to join us for our 2019/2020 concert season!

2019 Schedule

The Alumni Choir will once again be singing at Roy Thomson Hall this December in the Chorus’ annual Holiday Concert!

A Chorus Christmas: Celestial Celebrations will take place on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 2 PM at Roy Thomson Hall.

This season, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Karen Grylls to conduct the Alumni Choir carols in the lobby from 1:15 to 1:45 PM.

Rehearsal information

You are required to participate in at least one of the two rehearsal days plus the Sunday morning dress rehearsal in order to be eligible to sing with us at Roy Thomson Hall.

Rehearsal One
Friday, December 13, 2019, 5-9:30 PM. Arrive at Calvin Presbyterian Church (26 Delisle Avenue); we will re-locate to Christ Church Deer Park (1570 Yonge Street) across the street at 6 PM.
Sign in and collect your music at 5PM; rehearsal from 5:15 PM to 9:30 PM.

Rehearsal Two
Saturday, December 14, 1-5 PM. Full rehearsal takes place at Calvin Presbyterian Church (26 Delisle Avenue)

Dress Rehearsal
Sunday, December 15, call time: 9 AM. Full rehearsal and performance at Roy Thomson Hall (60 Simcoe Street).
